Really good stay, highly recommended

i found the new furniture to be excellent, especially since the room felt so spacious. The bed was comfortable, and i slept very well. i also noticed a nice, fresh smell throughout the entire hotel. The proximity to Al Wahda Mall was a notable convenience, especially for quick shopping trips.

the hotel was mostly satisfactory, but there was a very slight delay during check-in. i believe it was due to a system update.

the room featured a king-size bed and a seating area with a sofa. i liked the bathroom because it included a separate shower and a bathtub. There was also a work desk with ample lighting, very convenient.

i noticed the staff was polite and responsive . i was happy because they promptly addressed any inquiries or requests. The check-in process was fast, and the front desk provided helpful information about local attractions.

This stay went beyond expectations. i even received a room upgrade i did not expect. the staff were quite friendly and professional. the room was super clean and clean prioritizing sustainable use of water.

i found that, although i liked the place in general, the breakfast selection was poor. everyday it was practically the same. it needs more variety.

the location is great close to al wahda mall (very convenient for shopping!). cleanliness throughout the hotel was really good, from the lobby to the rooms, which i appreciated. the breakfast had eggs and bacon and some really fresh pastries, so i ate very well.

the airflow in the bathroom wasn't working well, so smells lingered.

the king size bed really felt luxurious! i also found an ironing board and table ready to use. i appreciated the kettle with hot water, along with coffee and tea.
